Join us in front of the Manassas City Library on Saturday September 28th from 10-2 for the annual ExtravaCANza canned goods sculpture competition as part of the GFWC National Day of Service. There will be teams building sculptures from canned and boxed goods donated by our generous sponsors. Mayor Michelle Davis-Younger will once again judge the competition. All food will then be donated to local food banks to help fight food insecurity and hunger.
We would like to thank our teams competing and lending their talents and enthusiasm to our event. We would also like to recognize our generous sponsors that donated money to buy the building supplies that the teams use to construct their masterpieces. We look forward to seeing the sculptures and to enjoy the comradery of a Saturday morning spent with community members.
