On September 30th, the General Federation of Women’s Clubs will be having a National Day of Service to raise awareness on food insecurity. The GFWC Woman’s Club of Manassas is pleased to host a Canned Goods Sculpture Contest (ExtravaCANza II) to participate in this important day.
In conjunction with the Manassas City Public Library, the following teams will be designing and building canned good sculptures: Girl Scout Troop 90161, Girl Scout Troop 90081, Girl Scout troop 90143, The Prevention Coalition, Members of the Manassas City School Board, Old Town Hydro, and Lakeside Tree Service.
Come join us on Saturday, September 30th from 10 am – 1 pm at the Manassas City Public Library at 10104 Dumfries Rd, Manassas, VA 20110 and cheer for your favorite team. Mayor Michelle Davis-Younger will be the judge!
