The GFWC Woman's Club of Manassas was thrilled to join the Manassas Bee Festival this past weekend and proud to be one of the sponsors. We extend heartfelt thanks to the organizers, our dedicated members who braved the heat, and the wonderful community that supported us.
Our booth buzzed with excitement as we sold bee-themed headbands, sunglasses, hand crocheted bees, jar openers, and shared educational materials on the importance of bees. The connections made and knowledge shared were the highlights of our day.
We raised over $400 to give back to the community and handed out 500+ free wildflower seed pouches, spreading the joy of gardening while supporting our pollinators! Congratulations to the winners of our bee basket raffle – true "bee"-utiful pollinator supporters!
